What happens if I can't qualify for a mortgage at the end of the Requity Homes' term?

While we aim to help you become mortgage-ready with financial coaching included, we understand that circumstances can change. If you can't qualify for a mortgage at the end of the term, you may have options such as extending the term or exiting the program and cash out your savings (minus the penalty fee which is 5% of the original home purchase price).
