What is Refer & Earn program?
Our Refer & Earn Program is a way for our loyal customers to share the love and benefit from it. When you refer friends or family members, you'll be eligible for a reward!
How do I refer someone?
To refer someone, simply log into your account. You can invite your friends and family through two methods:
Invite by email
- indicate their full name, email address, mobile number, and target city, and send invite from your Requity Homes account.
Share referral link
- copy your unique referral link and post it to any social media platform and share it via messaging apps.
How many people can I refer?
There's no limit! You can refer as many people as you want, and you'll earn rewards for each successful referral.
Who would be a great fit for our program?
Our program is well suited for friends and family who meet the following criteria:
They have a household income of at least $50,000 annually.
They have a credit score of at least 500.
They have a minimum down payment of 2% of the initial home price*.
Not in an active bankruptcy or consumer proposal.
*The exact down payment ranges from 2 - 10% of the initial home prices and will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will be confirmed upon full approval.
What do I get for referring someone?
For each successful referral, you'll be eligible to receive a $500 reward. Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of your referral successfully buying and closing a home through our Rent-to-Own program.
Can I refer someone who already has an account with you?
No, the Refer & Earn Program is designed for new customers only. Existing customers cannot be referred again.
My friend signed up using my link, but I didn't get the reward. Why?
There could be several reasons:
They did not complete their application or did not qualify.
They haven't successfully bought and closed on a home yet.
They had previously signed up without using the referral link.
There was a technical glitch.
