You can now invite your clients to apply for the Requity Homes rent-to-own program through our referral partner portal (partner.requityhomes.com).

Once your client is pre-approved, clients can get fully approved by submitting documents through our application portal and will be able to track the status of their application. Once all the documents are submitted, it will take our underwriting at most three (3) business days to provide a response.

Once fully approved, Requity Homes will provide your clients a home shopping budget and a designated Requity Homes Account Manager who will give them a phone call to discuss their move-in timeline and next steps. As the agent, you’ll also be contacted by the Account Manager.

How to invite clients to apply for Requity Homes?
There are two ways to invite your clients through our partner portal. Use any of the methods so client’s application will be attributed to you

  • Invite by email

    Step 1: Sign-in to your account in Requity Homes partner portal
    Step 2: Choose 'Invite Clients' from navigation section
    Step 3: Fill up client's information including first name, last name, email address, and mobile number
    Step 4: Click 'Send Invite'

    Your client will receive an email from Requity Homes inviting them to apply on our application portal.
  • Share referral link


    Step 1: Sign-in to your account in Requity Homes partner portal.
    Step 2: Choose 'Invite Clients' from navigation section
    Step 3: Copy your unique referral link
    Step 4: Share referral link to your clients via email, social media posts, etc

    Make sure you invite your clients with your unique referral link so that you can track their application status easily.
